After a significant hiatus from brewing after moving, I made it a point to clean everything up and knock out two brews towards the end of 2021. Nothing over the top, but just feeling out the system again. An Alaskan Amber and Dark Hill Porter from MoreBeer.com were the perfect kits to get back on the saddle. And both came out incredible. While all 10 gallons of the amber are sadly consumed, there’s still just a little porter left to enjoy. And just behind my desk are two more pairs of all grain IPA kits. Man am I itching to roll out the rig in to the snow right now and just go for it!!
